Research from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force has been translated into patient-friendly checklists. "Women: Stay Healthy at Any Age -- Checklist for Your Next Checkup" gives their recommendations about screening tests and the use of medications to prevent disease and offers other tips. The men's checklist gives corresponding information.
