What can patients do if they aren't seeing their downloads?

If the patient isn't seeing the download, they will want to adjust their pop-up blocker settings to allow pop-ups from medentmobile.com. 

Is there a special app that they need to use/open a zip file?  

As far as unzipping the file, patients with Windows computers can use Windows Explorer. This is built into Windows and nothing they need to download. The patient just needs to right-click on the .zip file and choose Windows Explorer. Patients with Macs can just double-click the .zip file and the file will be unzipped. The chart summaries will appear in the patient's Downloads folder. 

Is there any other option for saving portal information?

Alternatively, these patients can click View on the Chart Summary page. This will load their summary as a PDF file. Browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge have options in their PDF viewers to download and print their summaries.
